Domestic and international counter-terrorism initiatives include specific provisions to permit, require and fund technologically innovative measures to counter-terrorism. The adoption of certain counter-terrorism -practices can potentially have implications with regard to geopolitics.

There is a need for a solid conceptual framework that could provide a critical Impact on the country’s geopolitics, foreign policy, and foreign affairs for every CT measure taken.
